We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. We may change or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services or your account, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or suspected abuse.

AUCTIONS AND BIDDING

BIDS ARE LEGALLY BINDING: Every bid placed is a legally binding contract. If you win an auction, you are obligated to complete the purchase within 24 hours of the auction ending (or within any shorter timeframe stated on the listing).

RIGHT TO END AUCTIONS EARLY: Viking King Trading reserves the right to end any auction early if a satisfactory offer is received outside the auction. If an auction ends early, bids placed prior to early termination may not result in a sale.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEGALITY (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY): We accept no responsibility for any legal fees, fines, penalties, confiscations, or other consequences incurred by a buyer who purchases an item that is illegal or restricted in their jurisdiction. It is the buyer’s absolute responsibility to research and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws (including shipping, possession, carry, and use restrictions) before bidding.

CHARGEBACKS / PAYMENT DISPUTES ON AUCTION ITEMS: Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes on auction items will result in a permanent ban and may result in legal action to recover losses, fees, and costs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

INSPECTION OF IMAGES / QUESTIONS; NO GUARANTEED BID RETRACTION: Bidders are responsible for inspecting all provided images and reading the description carefully, and for asking any questions before the auction ends. Bids cannot be guaranteed for retraction, cancellation, or withdrawal.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. SECTION 5A - PRODUCT SAFETY AND ALLERGENS (BEARD CARE / PERSONAL CARE)

We use natural ingredients in our beard care and personal care products. Some formulas may include nut and seed oils (for example: almond oil and sunflower oil), essential oils, and other plant-based ingredients.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INGREDIENT CHECKS: Before buying or using any product, you are responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list shown on the product page/label and making sure it works for you. If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or you’re unsure, do not purchase/use the product until you’ve checked with a qualified professional.

ALLERGEN ACKNOWLEDGMENT AT CHECKOUT: At checkout, you must check the allergen acknowledgment box confirming you reviewed the ingredient list and understand the allergen/cross-contact risk. If you do not acknowledge this, do not place the order.

CROSS-CONTACT / CROSS-CONTAMINATION RISK: Our products are handcrafted in a facility that also handles nut and seed oils (including oils like almond and sunflower). Even with careful handling, cross-contamination is possible. We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment.

If you believe you’re having an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention as needed.

IMPORTANT RETURN RESTRICTIONS: Custom engraved items, personalized products, beard care products that have been opened or used, leather goods that have been personalized, and digital downloads cannot be returned unless defective. All returns must be initiated within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy.

You must not submit obscene, infringing, or unlawful content for custom orders. Viking King Trading may reject or cancel such orders at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Payment and Refund Terms: You authorize payment at checkout. For custom or made-to-order work, your payment method is charged at the time of order to secure materials and production time. Refunds are evaluated and issued at our sole discretion in accordance with our posted Return Policy and may be denied if an order has entered production or if products are custom/personalized. Where a refund is approved, we may deduct shipping and handling, payment processing fees, and/or reasonable restocking fees as permitted by law.

CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTE PROHIBITION: We aggressively prohibit fraudulent chargebacks and abusive refund or return claims. Initiating a false or abusive chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate account termination, refusal of future service, and potential legal action to recover our losses, fees, and costs. You are responsible for all costs associated with resolving false or abusive claims, including attorneys' fees and collection costs. You agree not to initiate false, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks or payment disputes and agree to contact us directly to resolve any payment or order issues before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.

Custom Designs and Engravings: All custom designs, artwork, engravings, laser files, 3D models, product configurations, and other created materials produced by or for Viking King Trading remain our exclusive intellectual property. No ownership or copyright transfers to you unless a separate written assignment signed by an authorized Viking King Trading representative expressly states otherwise. If provided, your rights are limited to a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered product for personal use.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Customer Code of Conduct: We run a respectful shop. Abusive language toward our team, baseless threats, harassment, or attempts to defraud or manipulate our policies will result in denied service, order cancellation, and removal/termination of your account at our discretion.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses without notice, compensation, or recourse.

ALLERGEN WARNING (BEARD OIL / PERSONAL CARE) — READ THIS FIRST: Beard oils and other personal care products can cause allergic reactions, irritation, or other sensitivities. Our beard care/personal care products may contain nut and seed oils (including oils like almond and sunflower), essential oils, fragrances, and other plant-based ingredients, and they may be produced in a facility that also handles these oils—meaning cross-contact/cross-contamination is possible. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and deciding what you can safely use. If you have allergies/sensitivities or you’re unsure, do not use the product and consult a qualified professional. If a reaction occurs, stop use immediately and seek medical attention as needed.

NO LIABILITY FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS AFTER DISCLOSURE/ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Once these disclosures are provided and you acknowledge them at checkout (including by checking the allergen acknowledgment box), you agree that Viking King Trading Co. will not be liable for any claim, injury, loss, or damages arising from or relating to allergic reactions, sensitivities, cross-contact, or allergen exposure associated with the product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Except as otherwise stated in writing, all products and services are provided strictly as-is, with no express or implied warranty or guarantee, including for digital goods if applicable.

All services and products are provided, to the maximum extent permitted by law, 'as is' and 'as available.' Viking King Trading disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Handcrafted and Custom Work; Delays and Variations: Our products are handcrafted and/or custom made. Natural variations in materials (including leather grain, wood tone/pattern, engraving contrast, oils/finishes, and 3D printed texture), minor dimensional differences, or aesthetic variances are expected and are not defects. Production and shipping timelines are estimates only; we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier issues, supply interruptions, or force majeure events. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any alleged defect, damage, or delay is limited to, at our option, repair, replacement, or refund of the amount you paid for the affected item. 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS — INTENDED USE / NO MISUSE: Our 3D printed items are intended only for the specific, ordinary purpose described on the product page and/or included instructions. Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, 3D printed products are not designed, tested, certified, or warranted for: (a) safety-critical use; (b) load-bearing/structural applications; (c) high-heat or open-flame exposure; (d) food-contact use; (e) medical/dental use; (f) use in or with firearms/ammunition; or (g) any other regulated, hazardous, or mission-critical application. You are solely responsible for selecting the correct product/material for your intended use and for using it safely and as intended. Any modification, improper installation, misuse, abuse, or use outside the stated intended use is at your own risk.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall Viking King Trading Co, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viking King Trading’s total liability for any claim relating to your use of our site or products is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 17 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

BINDING ARBITRATION (NO COURT): To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of Viking King Trading Co.’s Services or products must be resolved exclusively by final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, and the arbitration shall take place in Tarrant County, Texas. Court litigation is not permitted, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial, except where applicable law prohibits mandatory arbitration. If arbitration is prohibited by law for any claim, such claim shall be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and Viking King Trading Co. agree that any claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

VENUE: If arbitration is not applicable or enforceable, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 18A - LEGAL FEES AND FRIVOLOUS CLAIMS

If any legal action, claim, demand, or proceeding is brought against Viking King Trading Co. and a court of competent jurisdiction finds that such action is frivolous, groundless, or brought in bad faith, then Viking King Trading Co. shall be entitled to recover from the bringing party all reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and any lost revenue and/or damages associated with defending the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 19 - SURVIVAL OF TERMS

The provisions regarding disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, class action waiver, and intellectual property protection will survive termination or expiration of this Agreement, along with any provisions that by their nature should survive.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
