Viking King Trading Shipping Policy
Effective Date: April 17, 2026
Shipping Destinations
Viking King Trading ships to addresses within the United States only, including:
- Physical addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii
- PO Boxes - Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the PO Box can accommodate the package size or that the carrier will hold oversized items
- APO/FPO addresses - We are willing to attempt shipping to military and diplomatic addresses, however, the customer is fully responsible for:

- Confirming all items comply with military base regulations and USPS APO/FPO restrictions
- Providing correct military address formatting
- Understanding that APO/FPO delivery may take significantly longer than standard domestic shipments
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Shipping is primarily handled by United States Postal Service (USPS). However, Viking King Trading may select, substitute, or change the carrier, service level, or shipping method at our discretion at any time. Not all shipping methods are available for all products or addresses. We may hold, split, delay, or cancel an order due to shipping constraints, carrier disruptions, address issues, safety requirements, or fraud/verification concerns, at our sole discretion.
Processing and Fulfillment Timeline
Viking King Trading operates as a single-person business. While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, orders are typically processed and shipped by the end of our work week (currently Monday). Custom, engraved, or personalized items will ship upon completion of manufacturing and will be processed when we are able to deliver them to the carrier. Estimated timeframes are not guarantees and may change due to workload, supply constraints, or carrier availability at our discretion. Customers may request status updates on custom orders.
Shipping Costs and Fees
All shipping charges are calculated using real-time carrier rates at checkout, plus a flat handling fee of $3.25 per order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Viking King Trading.
Shipping Time and Delivery Guarantees
All delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Viking King Trading is not responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by carriers, weather, or factors beyond our control.
Viking King Trading is not liable for delivery delays or failures due to events outside our control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, carrier errors, or government restrictions). We may substitute shipping methods or carriers, adjust timelines, or delay or cancel orders when shipping issues arise, at our discretion. All shipping timelines, costs, and rules are subject to change without notice, except where prohibited by law.
Auction Shipping Terms
The following terms apply to auction purchases:
- Payment clearance: Auction items will not be shipped until payment has fully cleared.
- Shipping eligibility review: If we determine we cannot ship to your address after an auction ends, a full refund will be issued.
- Returns to sender / non-deliverable / illegal destination: If an item is dispatched and then returned by the carrier as non-deliverable or illegal in your area, a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Carrier handoff / transfer of liability: Liability for the item transfers to the buyer as soon as it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Viking King Trading is not responsible for legal issues or transit delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.
Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the carrier accepts the package for shipment. Viking King Trading is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in the carrier’s possession, or for any customs issues for international orders (if applicable).
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all shipments, typically through Route or Shopify tracking systems. Customers will receive tracking details via email upon shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If merchandise arrives damaged during shipping:
- Customer must immediately photograph both the packaging and damaged products
- Customer must provide timely written notice to Viking King Trading with photographic evidence
- Replacement or refund options will be discussed in accordance with our Return Policy
For lost or delayed shipments, customers must provide timely written notice and any requested documentation.
Viking King Trading is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery to the carrier or delivery address.
Decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or reshipments for lost, delayed, or damaged packages are solely at the discretion of Viking King Trading.
Address Corrections and Changes
- Pre-shipment: If a customer identifies an incorrect shipping address before the order ships, contact Viking King Trading immediately for correction
- Post-shipment: Once an order has been shipped, no address changes can be made
- Returned packages: If a package is returned to Viking King Trading due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for actual return shipping costs and reprocessing fees before reshipping
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Viking King Trading assumes no responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to customer error, additional shipping charges will apply for any reshipment.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable may result in additional shipping and reprocessing fees, which must be paid by the customer before reshipment.
Customers who refuse delivery or fail to claim packages that are subsequently returned to Viking King Trading will be responsible for:
- Original return shipping costs charged by the carrier
- Reprocessing fees before any reshipping attempt
- Additional shipping costs for redelivery
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items ship when manufacturing is completed. Delivery timelines vary based on complexity and current order volume. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, or opened personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products
- Engraved items
- Opened personal care products (including beard oils and grooming products)
- Made-to-order items
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete shipping addresses
- Ensuring recipient availability for delivery
- Understanding and accepting shipping timelines
- Complying with any special requirements for PO Box or APO/FPO deliveries
- All shipping and return costs unless otherwise stated

For shipping questions, address corrections, or tracking issues, contact Viking King Trading through our official website or designated customer service channels. We maintain direct communication with customers but expect mutual respect and reasonable behavior in return.
Policy Modifications
Viking King Trading reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any policy modifications.
Limitation of Liability
Viking King Trading's liability for shipping-related issues is limited to the retail value of the merchandise shipped. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from shipping delays, carrier performance, or delivery issues beyond our direct control.
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction where Viking King Trading conducts business.
