VIKING KING TRADING RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this period for any reason. If approved, your return must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving our Return Authorization (RA). Returns requested or shipped after these timelines will be refused. Subject to Terms of Service and applicable law. See our Terms of Service for additional timelines and any exceptions.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Used, customized, or personalized items are not eligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, seals unbroken, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, freebies, and promo items included. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items showing use, wear, odors, pet hair, stains, scratches, engraving residue, missing parts, or damage from improper packing will be rejected. All return approvals, rejections, and any exceptions are at the sole and absolute discretion of Viking King Trading. The company's decision is final. Subject to Terms of Service and applicable law. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at Vikingkingoils@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Ship your item within 7 days of receiving the RA. Include the RA number inside the box and on the shipping label. Use a trackable, insured service and pack the item securely in the original packaging. You're responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide proof of return shipment upon request. Returned items must be received in the same condition sent. Viking King Trading is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. We don't accept COD or "postage due" returns. Items sent back without an approved RA or outside the timelines will be refused and returned to you (or disposed of) at our discretion.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery. Report damage, defects, or wrong items within 48 hours by emailing photos of the item, inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label to Vikingkingoils@gmail.com. Keep all packaging and the product until we finish our review. We'll evaluate and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund (or issue store credit). Claims reported late or without required proof may be denied.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes all custom, engraved, and personalized goods, made-to-order items, and perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Auction Items

All items sold via auction are sold AS-IS and are final sale (non-returnable and non-replaceable) due to their one-of-a-kind nature.

Exceptions are only made if an auction item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for a return.

If an auction item is returned because it is illegal in the buyer's jurisdiction, a 25% restocking/inconvenience fee will be deducted from any refund, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds will not be processed until the item is received and inspected by Viking King Trading. We reserve the right to issue a full, partial, or no refund based on inspection.

Personalized or engraved auction items are strictly non-returnable unless the engraving is generic and resalable, as determined by Viking King Trading in its sole and absolute discretion.

Personal Care Products

Opened beard oils, beard balms, and any other personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Only unopened personal care products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If you receive a damaged or leaking personal care product, please place it in a sealed plastic bag and contact us at Vikingkingoils@gmail.com to arrange a return for refund, replacement, or store credit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide proof of return shipment upon request.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final unless an exception is expressly granted in writing by Viking King Trading.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All exchange requests follow the same timelines and eligibility rules and require an RA. Subject to Terms of Service and applicable law. See our Terms of Service for additional terms on exchanges.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the items within 14 days after notifying us. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Approval, eligibility, and any deductions are determined at Viking King Trading's sole and absolute discretion. If approved, refunds are for the product price only (original shipping and other charges are non-refundable) and may be reduced for missing parts, damage, or wear. You'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days when possible; otherwise, we may issue store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All return approvals, rejections, and any exceptions are at the sole and absolute discretion of Viking King Trading. The company's decision is final. Subject to Terms of Service and applicable law.
