Viking King Trading: Auction Policy
Effective Date: April 16, 2026
This Auction Policy (“Policy”) governs all auctions conducted by Viking King Trading (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via its website, social media platforms, or third-party auction hosting services. By participating in an auction, the bidder (“Buyer” or “you”) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Bidding is a binding contract.
1. "As-Is" Sales and Item Condition
All items offered through auction are sold on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis. Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our inventory—including leather goods, custom woodwork, and 3D printed items—most auction pieces are one-of-a-kind. By bidding, you acknowledge that handcrafted items may possess natural variations, character marks, or slight imperfections that do not constitute defects. All items are sold "As-Is" with no returns or replacements for one-of-a-kind items, except as expressly stated in Section 5.
1.1 Visual Inspection
We will provide multiple images from various angles to show item condition and details. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to inspect all images and ask any questions prior to placing a bid.
2. Payment Terms
Payment in full is required within twenty-four (24) hours of the auction’s conclusion. No item will be shipped until payment has cleared in full. If payment is not received within this window, Viking King Trading reserves the right to:
- Cancel the sale;
- Offer the item to the next highest bidder; or

Re-list the item for a future auction.
Failure to pay may result in a permanent ban from participating in future Viking King Trading auctions.
2.1 Chargebacks and Fraud
Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and may result in permanent banning and legal action.
3. Auction Termination and Discretion
Viking King Trading reserves the right to end any auction at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, the receipt of a private "Buy It Now" offer that meets our satisfaction prior to the scheduled auction close.
4. Buyer Responsibility and Legal Compliance
Viking King Trading manufactures and sells various goods that may be subject to local, state, or federal regulations (e.g., certain "thumpers," tools, or edged items).
- Compliance: It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the item being bid upon is legal to possess and ship to their specific jurisdiction.
- Illegal Items: If a Buyer wins an auction for an item that is illegal in their area, the transaction will be cancelled or a return will be processed subject to the restocking fees outlined in Section 5.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Given the one-of-a-kind nature of auction items, replacements are generally unavailable.
5.1 General Policy
All auction sales are final. Buyer’s Remorse is not a valid justification for a return or refund. Exceptions are limited to items damaged in transit or items that are significantly not as described in the auction listing.
5.2 Legal Incompatibility Returns
If an item is returned because it is illegal in the Buyer's jurisdiction, Viking King Trading will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking and administrative fee. This fee covers the inconvenience and lost opportunity of the original auction.
5.3 Shipping and Returns (Non-Deliverable / Unable to Ship)
If an auction ends and Viking King Trading is unable to ship to the address provided by the Buyer, we will issue a full refund. However, if the item has already been dispatched to the carrier and is subsequently returned as non-deliverable, illegal to possess, or for similar reasons, the 25% restocking and administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
5.4 Return Shipping
The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received.
5.5 Inspection and Refund Approval
No refunds will be issued until Viking King Trading has received and inspected the returned item. Following inspection, we reserve the sole right, in our sole discretion, to determine if the Buyer is eligible for:
- A full refund;
- A partial refund; or

No refund.
In the event that no refund is granted, we will offer to ship the item back to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense.
6. Engraved and Personalized Items
Any item that has been laser-engraved, etched, or otherwise personalized is considered a final sale.
- Non-Resalable Items: If an item contains personalization specific only to the buyer (e.g., names, dates, or personal images), no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
- Resalable Items: Engraved/personalized items are non-returnable unless the engraving is generic and resalable. If an engraved item features a generic design and is deemed resalable by Viking King Trading, a return may be considered at our discretion, subject to the terms in Section 5.
7. Limitation of Liability
Viking King Trading shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use items purchased through auction. Our total liability is limited to the winning bid amount paid by the Buyer.
7.1 Legal Compliance; Assumption of Risk
It is the Buyer’s absolute responsibility to research, understand, and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of any item before bidding. Viking King Trading accepts no responsibility or liability for any legal fees, fines, or penalties incurred by the winning bidder if an item is deemed illegal in their jurisdiction.
7.2 Carrier Handoff; Release of Responsibility
Once an item is handed over to the carrier, Viking King Trading is released from all responsibility regarding legal matters, possession, or transit issues involving the item.
7.3 Bid Retractions
There is no guarantee that a bid can be retracted. If a bidder’s bid is the winning bid, they are legally bound to complete the purchase.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from auctions conducted by Viking King Trading shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
